COVID-19 Response from VOSS EQUIPMENT, INC.
By now we are all aware of the severity of COVID-19 and probably exhausted from the anxiety of it all. While we do not want to add to the stress - we do want you to know how we're handling it at Voss.
To make sure we can do whatever we can to contain the virus, we temporarily placed half our staff to work remotely while the other half remains in the office. This transition worked out well as we geared towards bringing majority of our staff back into the office. The office staff practices social distancing, curbside pick up for parts, & are required to wear masks. Our technicians have been trained and provided with proper PPE and will continue to respect the processes put in place by our customers as well. Our shop continues to operate for all in-shop repairs.
As it's a complicated situation, we are closely monitoring what is going on, and will follow recommendations from the WHO, CDC, and local governments. As always we are available through our website and social sites. Our employees have been amazing adapting to this new way of doing business and are in constant contact with our customers, both existing and potentially new.
Lastly we want you to please reach out to us for anything you may need. Our after-market department carries products to better protect your facilities and keep your employees safe. We hope you continue to take care of each other and be well.
